Hi folks,

I usually have a system where identity words typed into textboxes by over 1% of respondents get added to the checkbox list in next year's survey. Similarly, checkbox words chosen by under 3% of respondents get removed from the list. In previous years that meant 1-4 words being added per year, and 1 word per year being removed.

This year, this will result in so many words being added to the list, and no words being removed. This year's survey had 33 checkboxes in the identity question, and people were already typing words into the textboxes that were on the checkbox list, which suggests to me that people are struggling to find their identities on a list that is getting too long and overwhelming!

The current system just isn't working.

So, I have an idea about how to deal with this, but I wanted to check how survey participants would feel about it before implementing it.

Please take part in this short consultation survey!

Thanks, everyone!
